DESIGN : MADI is able to assist you in the Research and Development of your Business Project with the definition of your target market, in the definition of the market positioning strategy of your brand and in the design of your products and product lines, both for small batches and large volumes
FORMULATION : In the MADI Cosmetic Laboratories, formulation, assistance in the development of your cosmetic formulas, customisation of your choice with a wide range of ingredients and fragrances, product stability studies and scientific testing of approved formulations
MANUFACTURING : In the MADI Cosmetic Workshop, Production of small and large quantities in Bulk and Packaged, Scale-Up, Production of the Finished Product, Quality Control and testing of finished products in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current legislation
FILLING : In the MADI Cosmetic Workshop, the packaging facilities allow a great flexibility, we manufacture your Finished Product in Bulk and/or Packaging and Labelling of bottles, jars, tubes, airless bottles, with filling of your own Packaging or supplied by MADI and with the guarantee of competitive prices both for small orders and for large production batches.
PACKAGING : MADI can assist you in the research, selection, choice and purchase of the Primary Packaging (tube, jar, bottle, caps, etc.), material compatibility and stability tests, graphics service.
GRAPHICS : MADI provides graphic support, graphic design on existing logos and assistance in the creation of new logos, silk-screen printing and labelling, layout and graphic dressing of products, as well as optional services for developing brochures, window signs, leaflets, roll-ups, etc.
TECHNICAL SERVICE : MADI can assist you in the preparation of product sheets, information material, labels and packaging in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and European regulations
REGULATORY SERVICE : MADI can assist you in obtaining possible Certifications, in the Registration of cosmetic products according to European regulations (CPNP and P.I.F.).
PACKAGING : MADI can assist you in the research, selection, choice and purchase of packaging, in the graphic design and realisation of any Primary packaging (paper/cardboard boxes) and Secondary packaging (cardboard boxes).
FINISHED PRODUCT : MADI can provide Training activities on the components and functionality of the active ingredients contained in the approved formulas, Assistance in the development of information material and relevant content dedicated to the final consumer

The minimum quantity for Third Party Production starts from 1,000 – 5,000 pieces, depending on the type of product and format.
The daily production capacity is about 6 tonnes of semi-finished products, depending on the type of product and format.
The equipment meets the most modern market requirements and technological investments are continuous.
Our machinery includes turbo-emulsifiers and mixers with capacities ranging from 100 kg to 1,000 kg.
The flexibility of the packaging and labelling department allows us to guarantee competitive prices for both small orders and large production batches.
The daily packaging capacity is around 25,000 packaged items depending on the type of product and format.
We manage the packaging and labelling of bottles including airless bottles, jars, tubes.
We produce cosmetics in compliance with ISO 22716 and carefully follow the EC Regulation 1223/2009.
